Remedial Massage
Remedial massage incorporates specialised massage techniques to find and ease muscle tension. Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage is a gentle, smooth style of treatment that promotes general relaxation and relieves muscular tension, with an aim of improving circulation and supporting movement. This form of massage ensures little-to-no discomfort.
